Site Entry Terms & Requirements
Before entering this site, please read the following terms and submit the form at the bottom of this page prior to entry.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION : Construction of 9 Townhouses (A–J)
- Electrical: New MSB and distribution boards per unit.
- Water/Stormwater: Multiple rainwater tanks, stormwater gullies, and bio-retention basin.
- Sewer: Connection via existing manholes with civil approvals required.
- NBN: As per civil/electrical consultant design.
SITE-SPECIFIC RISKS & CONTROLS
- Public Interface: Residential street frontage – ensure cones/signage during deliveries.
- Neighbouring Properties: Maintain tree protection zones per arborist report
- Excavation Risks: Existing sewer manholes – build-over approvals required prior to construction
- Waste & Traffic: Bin store and wash-down area provided onsite
- Environmental Controls: Bio-retention basin, silt barriers, and stormwater management per civil drawings.
- Access/Egress: Pedestrian path and verge details as per civil documents.
KEY TERMS OF ENTRY
- Respect towards clients, neighbours, and other trades is mandatory.
- Non-compliance with site rules may result in removal from site.
- Report all incidents, near misses, and injuries immediately to Built by Athena – Site Supervisor.
MINIMUM PPE
- Safety boots
- Safety glasses
- Hi-vis clothing
- Hearing protection (as required by task)
- Other task-specific PPE (dust masks, gloves, fall protection, etc.)
SITE AMENITIES & EMERGENCY
- First Aid Kit: Located in the blue safety box onsite.
- Fire Extinguisher: Provided at site shed.
- Toilets: Portable onsite amenities.
- Emergency Assembly Point: Front boundary near site entry (School Street).
SITE RULES
- Keep site clean and tidy – rubbish to be placed in designated skips.
- Materials to be stored safely – no blocking access paths.
- Tools and fixings to be cleared daily; use magnetic broom along driveway access before leaving site (to prevent screws/nails on roadways).
- No smoking, drugs, or alcohol permitted onsite.
- Adhere to all SWMS controls relevant to your tasks.
KEY TERMS OF ENTRY:
