SERVICES.

Elec:Minor elec changes to lighting and power. Extra circuit for ac required

Gas: no change to gas. Caution regarding existing gas lines during demo works

Sewer: No changes to existing sewer/septic in this stage of works

Stormwater: No change to existing roof water systems. Extra surface water drains and alteration to new

cafe entry

Water: no change to existing water systems

NBN – NA

Other:

Assessment will be required prior to any work being done.

SITE SPECIFIC RISKS / CONTROLS

● Toilets provided on site

● Other staff members on site during the day.

● Fall protection will be required once handrails are removed.

● Scissor lift/scaffold required for working at heights

● Exit gates to be locked in afternoon

No extra controls over those in SWMS.

All safety incidents, near misses, injuries must be reported to the Built by Athena- Site Supervisor.

Minimum P.P.E for the site:

Site safety boots

Safety glasses

Other P.P.E as required by the task being completed.

The site must be left tidy at the end of the day. All rubbish to be placed in skips provided.

NOTE: In the site safety box (blue box) you will find basic PP.E equipment, first aid kit and a fire

extinguisher.
