Site Entry Terms & Requirements
Before entering this site, please read the following terms and submit the form at the bottom of this page prior to entry.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
New Custom Build
SERVICES.
Elec: Meter box Temp fixed on star pickets- To be upgraded to 3 phase. Excavation for the upgrade is required back to the existing garage meter box. New meter box will be located inside the laundry.
Gas: Gas bottles to be used apon fit off, no underground gas.
Sewer: Upgrades to existing treatment plant on site.
Stormwater: 2x 22.5 thousand Liter tanks to be installed where the carport is located- New stormwater to be connected to these tanks.
Water: The garage is currently on tanks and we will be using tank water during the build.
NBN – No works Required in scope.
Other: None.
Assessment will be required prior to any work being done.
SITE SPECIFIC RISKS / CONTROLS
-Client is living on site. Will need to create a safe place to walk to and from the Dwelling while construction is underway. Ensuring no materials are stored on top/around clients belongings . All materials to be stored to create a safe walking zone.
-Skip bins will mostly be used, ensuring they don’t put these too close to the clients Shipping container. This needs clear access.
-Ensure cones are placed when deliveries are received on the street.
-Ensure full site clean each day. Pick up all fixings and off cuts off grass each day. Run a magnetic Broom along the driveway each day before leaving to ensure no screws/nails are left on the ground.
-Silt barrier installed to reduce overland flow drainage flow system or cause ponding or nuisance stormwater to neighbouring properties. -The driveway is gravel and long with a pond either side, caution to be taken in the rain and do not cross road if the pond water has risen above road.neighbouring
-Assess tasks as they come for any other specific risks as they arise.
No extra controls over those in SWMS.
KEY TERMS OF ENTRY
Given the client is living on site and neighbours surrounding the site , we emphasize the utmost respect not only towards our team members but also towards our valued clients and their neighbours. Adherence to site rules is imperative, and non-compliance may result in removal from the site.
You have read and agreed to the site safety rules (see QR code on board).
All safety incidents, near misses, injuries must be reported to the Built by Athena- Site Supervisor.
Minimum P.P.E for the site:
Site safety boots
Safety glasses
Other P.P.E as required by the task being completed.
The site must be left tidy at the end of the day. All rubbish to be placed in skips provided.
NOTE: In the site safety box (blue box) you will find basic PP.E equipment, first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
