Internal unit refurbishment including:
- Internal demolition of floors, walls, joinery and cabinetry
- New kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and laundry fit-out
- New floor and wall tiling
- New carpet to bedrooms
- Electrical upgrades (lighting, fans, GPOs, switchboard)
- Plumbing works (sanitary fixtures, hot water, appliances)
- Minor plasterboard bulkheads and partitions
- Balcony re-tiling (over existing tiles)
2. Services on Site
Electrical
- Switchboard upgrade required
- Removal and replacement of lights, fans, GPOs
- New downlights, pendant lights, ceiling fans
- Hard-wired appliances (oven, cooktop, dishwasher)
- Temporary isolation required during works
Plumbing
- Removal and replacement of:
- Toilets (incl. in-wall cisterns)
- Vanities
- Showers and floor wastes
- Hot water system removal/replacement (if required)
- Waterproofing to wet areas (AS 3740 compliant)
Water
- Existing potable water
- Temporary isolation during bathroom/kitchen works
Stormwater
- No new stormwater works noted (internal refurbishment only)
