Site Entry Terms & Requirements
Before entering this site, please read the following terms and submit the form at the bottom of this page prior to entry.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
New Granny Flat
SERVICES.
Elec: Over head wire to the house
Gas: No works Required in scope
Sewer: Connect into existing. Locator complete, plan to be made on site. Pump may be required.
Stormwater: to be connected into a rainwater tank under the back deck, Hydraulic design being detailed.
Water: Connect from main house.
NBN – No works Required in scope
Other: None.
Assessment will be required prior to any work being done.
SITE SPECIFIC RISKS / CONTROLS
-Clients living on site in main house
-Create a controlled work zone in the back garden to still allow the use of the garden.
-Create a safe passage and exclusion zones for clients throughout project.
-Ensure full site clean each day. Pick up all fixings and off cuts off grass each day.
-Cover driveway with black plastic and ply for minimal damage.
-Assess tasks as they come for any other specific risks as they arise.
No extra controls over those in SWMS.
KEY TERMS OF ENTRY
Given that our clients reside on-site, we emphasize the utmost respect not only towards our team members but also towards our valued clients. Adherence to site rules is imperative, and non-compliance may result in removal from the site.
You have read and agree to the site safety rules (see QR code on board).
All safety incidents, near misses, injuries must be reported to Built by Athena.
Minimum P.P.E for the site:
Site safety boots
Safety glasses
Other P.P.E as required by the task being completed.
The site must be left tidy at the end of the day. All rubbish to be placed in skips provided.
NOTE: In the site safety box (blue box) you will find basic P.P.E equipment, first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

Have SWMS covering your works. These must be readily available for review.
Provide and wear the required P.P.E for your works.
Complete all works in a safe manor.
Communication any high-risk activities with others working on the site prior to starting these works.
