PROJECT DESCRIPTION

– Raise and build under, rear extension and renovation of existing.  

– Contract includes all subtrades to finished house (i.e. cabinetry, painting etc)

SERVICES.  Copies of the Dial before you dig can be found on Monday.com.  These highlight:

– Elec:  Connection to existing house removed, raise and roof works completed, reconnected in same point.

– Gas: No gas connections.

– Sewer: Running in the rear garden.

– Stormwater: New connection over the rear boundary.  No other pipes onsite.

– Water: From street.

– Other: None.

SITE SPECIFIC RISKS / CONTROLS

– Pedestrians:  Ensure that the footpath in front of the site is clear at all times.  Should anything be crossing ensure adequate warnings/spotting carried out.

KEY TERMS OF ENTRY

– You have read and agree to the site safety rules (see QR code on board).

– All safety incidents, near misses, injuries must be reported to Built by Athena.

– Minimum P.P.E for the site:

– Site safety boots

– Safety glasses

– Other P.P.E as required by the task being completed.

– The site must be left tidy at the end of the day.  All rubbish to be placed in skips provided.

NOTE: In the site safety box (blue box) you will find basic P.P.E equipment, first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

Minimum P.P.E for the site:
– Site safety boots
– Safety glasses
– Other P.P.E as required by the task being completed.

SUBCONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS OBLIGATIONS: In entering this site you agree to:

– Have SWMS covering your works.  These must be readily available for review.

– Provide and wear the required P.P.E for your works.

– Complete all works in a safe manor.

– Communication any high-risk activities with others working on the site prior to starting these works.
